Import On Demand Process
For products not available in our local warehouse, we offer an Import On Demand service.
Step 1 – Order Confirmation
Customer places an order for a product not currently in stock.
Step 2 – Advance Payment
A 15% advance is collected to initiate the international procurement process.
If the product becomes unavailable internationally, the advance is fully refunded.
Step 3 – International Procurement
The product is purchased from verified sources and shipped to Pakistan.
International shipping charges vary depending on brand.
If multiple brands are ordered together, separate international charges may apply.
Step 4 – Customs & Compliance
Upon arrival in Pakistan, customs authorities may apply duties depending on product category and valuation.
If duties are applied:

Customer is informed immediately.

Customer is responsible for paying applicable customs charges.
Step 5 – Warehouse Reception
Once cleared, the product is received at our warehouse in Bahawalpur, where packaging integrity is inspected before dispatch.
Step 6 – Local Delivery
The product is shipped to the customer with updated tracking information.
Estimated delivery time: 10–15 working days.

While we do not alter or repackage imported finished goods, we verify:
