At NayabBazar.pk, we value transparency and want every customer to feel confident when placing an order.


1️⃣ In-Stock Products

  • Orders for in-stock products can be cancelled before the item is shipped from our warehouse.

  • Customers can request cancellation via the Order Cancellation page or by contacting our support team.

  • Once approved, the full payment will be refunded according to the chosen payment method.


2️⃣ Import-On-Demand Products

  • Orders for import-on-demand products involve international sourcing and cannot be cancelled once the procurement process has started.

  • A 15% advance payment is required to initiate the import.

  • If the order cannot be fulfilled internationally, the advance will be fully refunded.

  • Cancellation requests after the import process begins are generally not accepted, except in rare cases where international suppliers approve the return.


3️⃣ Customs & Duties

  • If customs duties or taxes are applied in Pakistan, the order cannot be cancelled after arrival, as these costs are non-refundable.

  • Customers are informed immediately about any duties applied.


4️⃣ How to Cancel

  1. Visit the Order Cancellation page on our website.

  2. Submit your request with order details.

  3. Our support team will confirm eligibility and process any refund if applicable.


5️⃣ Key Points

  • Advance payment for import-on-demand products is refundable only if the product cannot be sourced.

  • In-stock product cancellations are fully refundable before dispatch.

  • Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
