• Free delivery on orders above Rs. 3,999 or selected categories

2️⃣ Import-On-Demand Products

• Sourced internationally upon customer request

• Estimated Delivery Time: 10–15 working days

• International shipping charges vary by brand

• Customs duties (if applied) are the responsibility of the customer

• Tracking updates provided for key stages: international shipment, arrival in Pakistan, and local dispatch

Tracking Your Order

• Every order has a tracking page where customers can check delivery status

• Important notifications (e.g., customs duties, arrival in Pakistan) will also be sent via email, WhatsApp, or phone call if necessary

Packaging & Safety

• All products are delivered in secure packaging

• Factory seals are preserved; no tampering occurs

• Products are inspected at the warehouse before dispatch
