NayabBazar.pk is operated by NAYAB BAZAR (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a registered private limited company in Pakistan. All sales are conducted under Pakistani law.

2️⃣ Products & Descriptions

• We sell imported and in-stock health & wellness products, including supplements and selected local products.

• Product images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

• Supplements are sold as nutritional products only; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3️⃣ Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment methods for in-stock products include Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or Card Payment.

• Import-on-demand products require 15% advance payment to initiate procurement.

4️⃣ Orders & Import-On-Demand Policy

• Orders for in-stock products are processed immediately.

• Orders for import-on-demand products are sourced internationally and may take 10–15 working days.

• International shipping charges and customs duties are communicated upfront. Customers are responsible for any customs charges applied in Pakistan.

• Advance payment for import-on-demand products is refundable only if the product cannot be sourced.

5️⃣ Delivery

• In-stock products are delivered within 2–4 working days via local couriers.

• Free delivery applies to selected categories or orders above Rs. 3,999.

• Tracking updates are provided via our website tracking page.

6️⃣ Returns & Refunds

• In-stock products: Returns accepted within 7 days. Standard refund: 75%, with higher refund possible in approved cases.

• Import-on-demand products: Returns are generally not accepted unless approved by the international supplier.

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges, depending on product type and reason for return.

7️⃣ Order Cancellation

• In-stock product orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

• Import-on-demand orders cannot be cancelled after procurement begins.

• Advance payment will be refunded if the product cannot be sourced.

8️⃣ Affiliate & Bulk Orders

• Bulk orders and affiliate programs are subject to separate terms communicated at the time of enrollment or order confirmation.

9️⃣ Liability

• NayabBazar.pk is not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• We ensure secure packaging, verified sourcing, and accurate fulfillment, but external factors may affect delivery.

• All website content, product descriptions, images, logos, and branding are owned by NayabBazar.pk.

• Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
