To get the most nutrition from your flaxseeds, grind them into meal. Simply put a few tablespoons of flaxseeds into a small electric grinder. Grind for about 30 seconds, or until the seeds become a fine meal. Add to smoothies, breads, crackers, biscuits, hot cereal, yoghurt, salads and pilafs for a powerful nutritional boost.
