Dried Dandelion leaves produce a pleasant, deliciously sweet flavour that tastes similar to rocket. This robust aroma delivers a green, earthy undertone with its very own sweet scent. Dandelion leaves make an earthy-sweet, relaxing tea.

To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz boiling water over 1 tsp of herb. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
